“This gym has given me so much confidence and pushed me to do things I never thought I could do. I’ve always been a class person -Aerobics, Zumba, Spin, etc. I’ve never been a “gym” girl. I was nervous to even walk in because everyone knows CrossFit looks intimidating!! And—- I am over 50! From the first day, the coaches knew my name and taught me how to scale things to work for my level and body. Everyone at the gym cheers each other on and that applause is electric. If you have been thinking of checking out this little place in Hurley, come on! And Shout out for the Nutrition Plan! This taught me the best way to fuel my body & lose weight the right way while still toning up.”

“Nice little gym. Reasonable pricing. Clean. I wish they had a couple more oscillating fans where the treadmills are. And I'm not crazy about the ellipticals they have, but it's close to the house.”
