“I went in yesterday for my first fitting. I can not say enough about the alteration dept and the other staff members that helped me. This is the second time I have been in David’s Bridal in Mobile. I will never go anywhere else for formal wear. The staff has always been so kind, friendly, and helpful. I am so glad I chose DB for my wedding dress. Best staff ever! They make my wedding stress disappear when it comes to my dress. Job well done DB of Mobile!❤️”

“It's been a while since i've been to Bel-Air Mall. On Sunday 05/16/2021 I went to Champs to get some shoes for my son. The store didn't have his size so, I had the option to order them from within the store. The young man that helped me, was so professional, kind, and patient. I did not expect this at all. Also, I called the store today 05/21/2021 to check upon my order because my order had not been shipped out yet. And I wanted to contact the store directly. The young woman that assisted me over the phone went above and beyond. She was so patient, kind, and professional as well as courteous. I would most definitely shop there again. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. And my order is being shipped OUT TODAY..YAAAAY! GOT THE CONFIRMATION! You rarely find this type of customer service these days. Again, it's highly appreciated...THANK YOU! Hope the employees get a bonus...forreal!”

“A large selection of perfumes. However, waiting 20 minutes for the staff to open the display case is excessive. After 2 announcements per store and an endless number of button presses asking for staff to come over. Favorable prices, larger selection than in Ross.”
“I bought 2 pairs of shoes today 2/12/25 around 5:30pm and I’m not sure who was at the register to check me out, but I just want to say how lovely she was. She signed me up for the rewards and she was just so so kind. It’s really hard to come across someone so sweet like that nowadays, but she had me smiling the whole time. I just wanted to give credit where credit was due. I also love my shoes.”
“Edwin and Macy were great and knowledgeable salespeople! They knew tons about the products and let me spend over an hour walking in boots to find the perfect pair. “Love, love, love this place. I bought my mom Gratitude 11s last year from here, no defects or damage. I bought her Columbia 11s from this place and once again, perfection. After returning my shoes to Footlocker because of dents and scratches—I even asked for an exchange and got another pair, this time with a red scratch and the woman remarking "that's just how they're made"—I politely took my business to Finish Line where that wonderful lady (so professional) Madi sold me a flawless pair of Columbias.

“I found the perfect pair of Nike neon green presto shoes in women's (color is super hard to find) instead of men's! While Google searching, it said they had size 8,10, and 11 in stock. When we get there to buy the size 8, the guy said they only had 10 and 11. He even went back to check while he was helping 6 other people at once. Said they didn't have an 8. We left and went to other stores in the mall but no luck. Returned to see if we could order my size and the same guy, named Dane, said if it says we have an 8 online let me look again. Then he comes out with the box of size 8 shoes!!!! He's the best and even while he was super busy, still looked for me a 3rd time!!! Very impressed”

“There are a lot of selections and sizes of shoes to choose from. We needed some high-top laced up tennis shoes for my five year old for pre-k. This was the only place around town that had them.”
“Really like Academy. Have bought guns from here multiple times, and appreciate how thorough the background check is. I don't mind if I have to come back in the next day or two to pick it up if it means the check is done properly, and with the scrutiny that guns should be purchased with. They have a decent supply of good ammo, and the shoe and clothing departments are pretty nice, although I was disappointed that they don't off women's jeans.”

“I went to the shop the other day and I was pleased with the selection of shoes they had on my size. They do have expensive shoes but I had a budget of 180 and I was able to get some dunks that I really liked. I am definitely going back, the lady even showed how I could use Afterpay to pay my shoe in 4 installments rather than paying the shoe at once.”
