Side note- drove over from Pensacola and I thought PCola drivers were bad but Mobile is the scariest place I’ve ever driven in my life. Just walking from David’s Bridal over to 5 Below I saw 2 police officers pulled someone over, about 5 accidents, 5 different instances where people were honking at others and cussing them out.”

“I bought 2 pairs of shoes today 2/12/25 around 5:30pm and I’m not sure who was at the register to check me out, but I just want to say how lovely she was. She signed me up for the rewards and she was just so so kind. It’s really hard to come across someone so sweet like that nowadays, but she had me smiling the whole time. I just wanted to give credit where credit was due. I also love my shoes.”

“It's been a while since i've been to Bel-Air Mall. On Sunday 05/16/2021 I went to Champs to get some shoes for my son. The store didn't have his size so, I had the option to order them from within the store. The young man that helped me, was so professional, kind, and patient. I did not expect this at all. Also, I called the store today 05/21/2021 to check upon my order because my order had not been shipped out yet. And I wanted to contact the store directly. The young woman that assisted me over the phone went above and beyond. She was so patient, kind, and professional as well as courteous. I would most definitely shop there again. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. And my order is being shipped OUT TODAY..YAAAAY! GOT THE CONFIRMATION! You rarely find this type of customer service these days. Again, it's highly appreciated...THANK YOU! Hope the employees get a bonus...forreal!”
“This location has a great variety of both name brand and no name footwear. The team does a great job engaging with the amount of customers coming through but they need to either increase their headcount or get faster. The prices are great, especially for kids shoes. I will be visiting this location again.”

“Really like Academy. Have bought guns from here multiple times, and appreciate how thorough the background check is. I don't mind if I have to come back in the next day or two to pick it up if it means the check is done properly, and with the scrutiny that guns should be purchased with. They have a decent supply of good ammo, and the shoe and clothing departments are pretty nice, although I was disappointed that they don't off women's jeans.”

As a Lead Bartender, I need shoes that keep me comfortable through multiple 14 hour shifts, and boy did Andrew deliver exactly what I needed! After listening to my needs, and I'm very particular, He got me multiple pairs to try on, and even brought me socks. Honestly, the pair I've been using are but a couple of months old.
