“I’ve been to this location once before and they did great so I came in the other day for another oil/fuel filter change and amidst them changing out the filter, one of the housing bolts let loose and they couldn’t get the filter back in tight. They immediately told me what happened (I didn’t think it was there fault) and they went out of their way to get a new housing, install it, and not charge me anything extra. Really good and honest guys. I’d trust them with any service they offer and highly recommend Express Oil Change.”

“I am completely pleased with my 2022 Tucson but recently the check engine light came on and I took it to Eastern Shore Hyundai for service. They repaired it (under warranty) but it was still running a little hot and I returned it twice. On the second time, I didn't even have to ask for a loaner car to drive. I have to give a shout out to Eric in the service department who always goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service. It is because of him and his manager, Sam, that I am a satisfied customer. Not only do they have a beautiful dealership but what matters is the service!”

“A great experience at a terrific auto body shop. Chas scheduled my 2019 Subaru Outback for a front bumper replacement within days of the accident and returned my car on time for exactly the price quoted. He and Anthony also did a great communicating updates on the job and its completion. You pull into most body shops and the first person you meet is the estimator - the salesman. At Chas Collision you pull into the parking lot and meet Chaz himself, typically in the shop actually doing the work of body repair. This is old fashioned hands-on customer service from a local guy that's done the right way from first to last.”

“I cannot recommend Cherokee Farms RV Center enough! Their family-owned business truly exemplifies what customer service should be. I recently had several issues with my 2009 Fleetwood Discovery 39R, including problems with my power gear jacks, refrigerator, and hot water heater.
What impressed me most was when Bobby discovered that the previous service center had incorrectly wired my dishwasher, potentially leading to a serious disaster. He took the time to fix it while installing my new residential refrigerator and ensured the inverter would keep it cold during travel. They also upgraded my confection microwave oven and installed a new Splendid washer-dryer combo.
As a full-time RVer and a single woman, it means the world to me to have someone advocate for me with the warranty company to resolve these issues. I am so grateful for their expertise and the exceptional customer service they provide.

“Tow truck took my van to a shop in Elberta and they sent the transmission to Butch. He had it fixed in about a week. Drive great for about a day and then started getting stuck in 3rd gear. Called the shop and they called Butch who said to bring it right over. This was 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. His shop was very busy when I got there and two pulled in behind me. He stopped what he was doing and addressed my problem right away. He took me on a test drive so I could show him what was happening.He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately (bad speed sensor) and even let me drive it one more time to make sure it was fixed. Whole thing to less than half an hour. Butch was very nice and friendly. Happy to have found him.”
