“I moved into The District at Phenix City in mid October, and honestly, I’ve been so happy with my decision. From day one, the staff made me feel like more than just a new resident. They were genuinely friendly, patient with my questions, and really made the whole move in process smooth and stress free. It was such a good first impression.
What surprised me most was how quickly it started to feel like home. My apartment was super clean when I arrived, and I remember walking in and thinking, “this is definitely the right place.” The community is quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate after a long day, and it feels safe and well taken care of. I love being able to relax here.
Parking has been easy, everything I need is nearby, and the amenities are a great bonus. Little things like that really add up and make daily life better.

“Great rate for a 2bd/1ba. Friendly responsive staff. Maintenance changes filters and they spray for bugs quarterly. So I've never seen more than 5 bugs or spiders in a month. No assigned parking but I never walk more than 50feet to my car.”
“I have really loved living here. No crime, it’s convenient, it’s not over priced…everybody minds their own business. One of the best apartments I ever stayed in. I can’t think of anything to complain about!”
“Every ones opinions' on their experinece may vary. However, for me it was nothing but a good experience living here. This is my fourth time renting and was by far the smoothest and easiest process of moving in and moving out (currently) thanks to Liz. Liz has helped out tremendously when it came to us moving in last minute with such a late notice and is currently doing the same for the move out process. With such a late notice for the move out she made the time to explain everything that needed to be done. Didnt give us a hard time, was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Never had any issues with the aprtment personally. Not much for leaving reviews however, the experince with Liz as the leasing manager deserves one.”
