“Since I lived here , I always heard about prior management this and that. I dont know to much about that but all i know is this staff as of now has really been good to me , there has been a big change since I moved here not that long ago. the type of resident traffic that comes in here are the problem not the staff its those and their habits. i stay to myself most times which why is does not bother me. Destiny in the office by the mail has helped me with everything and takes care of it really fast I hope she doesnt leave.”

“Great rate for a 2bd/1ba. Friendly responsive staff. Maintenance changes filters and they spray for bugs quarterly. So I've never seen more than 5 bugs or spiders in a month. No assigned parking but I never walk more than 50feet to my car.”

The staff has been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed maintenance. Any issues I had after moving in were addressed promptly, and I really appreciate the communication throughout the process. The community is quiet, the property is well maintained, and my apartment feels like home. “Every ones opinions' on their experinece may vary. However, for me it was nothing but a good experience living here. This is my fourth time renting and was by far the smoothest and easiest process of moving in and moving out (currently) thanks to Liz. Liz has helped out tremendously when it came to us moving in last minute with such a late notice and is currently doing the same for the move out process. With such a late notice for the move out she made the time to explain everything that needed to be done. Didnt give us a hard time, was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Never had any issues with the aprtment personally. Not much for leaving reviews however, the experince with Liz as the leasing manager deserves one.”
