He helped me open an account when other banks ignored me and explained how to get credit if I had no credit history. He is a very good banker.Whenever I have a question, he is there to answer it. He also helped me open an account with the Synovus app, since I'm really bad at technology.Synovus is a very good bank where they take great care of you.”

“I don't even know where to start. This credit union is absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a vehicle and was financed here. It was a very personable experience. I was treated with the utmost respect from beginning to end. My loan officer Andre Hanks was amazing. He provided me with all of the info I needed and made the process very easy. It did not take long at all. Unfortunately the dealership that I financed with did not pay my trade when they were supposed to and began to give me the run around, and I was still responsible for making payments on a vehicle that i no longer owned. Andre realized what was going on and immediately escalated it to Amanda Marchese VP of lending and boy did she get business handled! There are no words to explain. She advocated for me, she reached out to the dealership and let them know what the consequences would be if they did not hold up their end of the deal. She was fierce yet professional through the whole process! And those two things are a hard combination!! I have never dealt with a financial institution that cared so much about their members! I am very, very impressed with the level of customer service provided. And very thankful, grateful and appreciative to you all! Not sure where else I can post a review to get these two some recognition but I will find out. Their level of customer service HAS to be recognized!!!

“I want to say I have never had the customer service that I have had with this credit union. By far they are number one in customer care. First michelle at the Lakeside location was awesome in answering all questions and even helping us open a money market savings. And Cindy on the teller side is awesome. This is the second time I have had Cindy as my teller and she went way beyond her role as a teller. Michelle also went above and beyond her role as a member advisor.”

“The interactions I've had with the people here and another branch has been top notch every time. My only point of contention is the hours. I left my hometown before I received my card and the bank visits are my only link to getting more funds when I need while Im in school here until I go back home. This location is open till 5 pm. I'm in school from 6am to almost 6 pm. So I'm in a spot. Other than that, I like this bank”

“Since 2007 I've banked with Regions..in Columbus GA..just recently crossed the river to Phoenix City..I've had 2 banking issues since moving here.help with a title, vehicle sale and issuing a replacement credit card. Both concerns handled professionally and courteously..at no charge to me...a Ms. Treadwell was excellent in her duties & sympathetic to my needs..they have a great credit card. I will continue to do business with Regions.”

“I've been with BBT since before they were BBT. They were Colonial Bank when I got with them. I love my bank. The employees there have always been great! I wish I could remember their names! Pat is helpful and wonderful.I live out of state now but kept my account and still bank with them, even though there is no BBT (now Truist) anywhere near me. Speaking of Truist.. I'm already missing the BBT hometown feel.”
