“Best experience I've ever experienced with customer service. They are very knowledgeable, attentive, and go out of their way to answer any kind of questions to try to find any mishandled packages. Anything that has has that they can do to make your day better. Each and every one of them that work there have made me have a better experience and a better day. When I say mishandled packages, I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about the ones that are out there in the streets that can't be found I've been with them for I think I want to say 2 years. I'm not quite sure and I'm about to have to move out of state and it just it hurts my heart that I'm not going to be able to take them with me to handle my needs and my mail because since I've been there I haven't had any problems whatsoever and I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of them.”
