My daughter saw where you could make custom hats and Lilly stepped in and offered some great ideas and helped us create the perfect designs. She was so incredibly patient, sweet, and fun to work with. We wound up leaving with two custom hats that we are so excited about. Awesome shopping experience!”

I travel across to shop this location and this store experience was delightful.
He’s very knowledgeable of garments, has fashion sense, stylish and knows fashion seasons. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated! Also the staff member that assisted him at checkout was even pleasant and friendly.

I spent $400, Devin’s customer service is Top Tier!!!!

No greeting when I entered!

Store employee ( tall white female , somewhat stocky built) literally Surveillanced me majority of the time. She made her intentions very obvious, but would try to “ACT” salesy — as I selected items and looking for my sizes she was in the vicinity , pepping or walking next to me. She even followed me to the register. The older employee working the dressing room was even smug. Disgusting, ignorant behavior and mindset on their behalf. I was basically profiled !

These two need customer relation / service training and a reality check.”

Her customer service is again exceptional! She is very kind, with a pleasant smile and patient with me taking her time to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.
