“I LOVE this Loft! The women who work here are so helpful and sweet, especially the manager. I hurried in about 30 minutes till closing time, and the manager didn't rush me at all. She happily started a dressing room for me and found me the size in jeans I needed. She also offered to order anything else I needed in a different size. I travel across to shop this location and this store experience was delightful.
He’s very knowledgeable of garments, has fashion sense, stylish and knows fashion seasons. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated! Also the staff member that assisted him at checkout was even pleasant and friendly.
I spent $400, Devin’s customer service is Top Tier!!!!

No greeting when I entered!
Store employee ( tall white female , somewhat stocky built) literally Surveillanced me majority of the time. She made her intentions very obvious, but would try to “ACT” salesy — as I selected items and looking for my sizes she was in the vicinity , pepping or walking next to me. She even followed me to the register. The older employee working the dressing room was even smug. Disgusting, ignorant behavior and mindset on their behalf. I was basically profiled !
These two need customer relation / service training and a reality check.”

“Arianah helped me today. When I tell you she was so sweet! I explain to her that my husband was retiring from the Military serving 33 years. We will be celebrating our 30 year Anniversary. We never had a wedding and this was our time. She made me feel so welcomed and beautiful with every fit. I knew the first dress was it but we tried more making the choice even harder. The customer service made me want to stay longer but I had to go. I look forward to bringing my daughter back to pick her dress and get the same fitting experience I had.
