Got my grandson’s account switched over to a different phone and set us up with home internet—even helped us attempt to add a line although unfortunately, the phone was locked, and we were unable to successfully complete the addition and had to have the process reversed. She greeted me at the door with a smile and quickly ported me over from another carrier even though it involved several phone calls to my son-in-law in CO.
