Anthony was great and he listened and took appropriate action to fix the issue when the prior technicians had stated it was resolved but the issues continued. He replaced the service line from the pole on the street that had been struck by lightning that ended up being the confirmed fix. Thank you Anthony! The automated system to get someone out stinks and so do the scripts the call center reps use, otherwise the rating would be higher.”
