My cat was very happy/not stressed at all when I brought her home which is a big deal for an almost 9yo cat who’s set in her ways lol.

Banfield Pet Hospital
10200 Eastern Shore Blvd Ste 110, Spanish FortOur little dog has been going to Banfield since he was 10 weeks old. He is now almost 10 years old. I was looking up their number and noticed the review rating. I was shocked! I read some out of curiosity and can honestly say in 10 years we have never experienced anything but the absolute best service in every area. Every doctor, every employee, every everything. We could not be more pleased.
They all seem to have pets and clearly love them. We moved 5 years ago and there is no Banfield here. We drive 1-2 hrs., depending on traffic, to the nearest one in Spanish Fort for a reason. We love Dr. Ederer, Cheyenne, Sarah, Beth, etc. The Wellness Plan is wonderful and has saved us so much money over the years. Plus, we can always call with questions and they are always friendly and helpful. We would use someone where we live now but we are just too happy where we are! We experienced the same level of service when we lived in Mobile. Jo and Lisa are amazing! I was an inexperienced pet owner and they helped me raise mine when he was a puppy.?

10810 Hwy 31, Spanish FortWent to lunch with my inlaws and it was delicious food! Great atmosphere! The only issue I had was the service, as in wait staff, was having a bad day. Not 100% sure about that but everyone has a bad day once in a while. My Mother in law ordered crab claws and instead of bringing tartar sauce she brought ranch salad dressing 😂😆. I actually liked the crab claws and ranch. Other than that it was wonderful!
