They were both in dire need of a good grooming and Shannon did a wonderful job with very little notice. My usual groomer has never even taken my dogs on such short notice! 200 West Fort Morgan Road, Gulf ShoresI ordered 4 lbs of chocolate covered strawberries for my wedding which just so happened to be the same weekend as Hurricane Isaias and everything was shutting down. These kind individuals stayed open as late as they could and made my order on extremely short notice so I could still get them. They called multiple times on the days leading up to the shut down to coordinate with me which I absolutely appreciated. The strawberries turned out beautifully and were so good. Highly recommend this little shop! Thank you all so much for being a part of my very chaotic day!

The Hangout
101 East Beach Boulevard, Gulf ShoresIt's a FUN place to go. I was anticipating a long wait but there was hardly one. The food came promptly and there was A LOT of guest engagement. Like, guests dancing in the chairs and on the tables! It's not like anything I've ever seen - in a good way. There's an outdoor stage, two outdoor bars and a few vendor storefronts built in outside. It's a really cool open courtyard with the stage, vendors, kids play area, a large pavilion with an abundance of picnic table and photo ops everywhere. AND it's right next to the beach!
AS FOR THE KIDS: There's a sandy play area for the kids that has a big tunnel that the kids enjoyed exploring. FOAM part every hour on the hour for the kids! They loved this place!

All meals come with Swamp Soup, which I was prepared to turn down, but I tried it - and I'm glad I did. It was delicious. The shrimp were good, my husband was not impressed with the PoBoy, and the fries were your standard bagged crinkle cut fries - not great. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend it.

313 E 22nd Ave, Gulf ShoresFound Foam on Google when looking for good coffee on vacation, and I was not disappointed! It's a cute beachy building with a clean, calm interior. I did wait in line for a bit, but the workers were continually taking orders and making drinks the whole time. They were kind and happy and it was peaceful environment. I got the sea salt and honey latte, and it was SO good. There were also many other drinks on the special menu and regular menu I would have loved to try. I will be missing this place when I leave and hope to come back next time. Heads up--the kitchen is only open on weekdays!

We are so glad we stumbled across this place. The sweet bbq sauce was amazing. The smoked turkey melts in your mouth. Everything was so good.
