“This place had the most awesome people!!! They REALLY went out of there way to help me. I had problems getting to the place. GPS took me around and around, took me so much out of way!!! But not too far from my destination but it wouldn't have took long for me to loose my place all together. I called and Carl was helping me. He also went outside and going towards the road so that I could see him if I was in the correct place, which I was not!!! Jamie helped me to be able to get to M&S Tire. It was not as difficult as google had it to be. Anyways if I can help out Google with the location I'm gonna try.Timothy was the one to check the car. Being it wasn't my car, they had no problem whatsoever with me waiting to get in touch with my sister. I'm sitting here waiting on her as I write this review. All the people I worked with and talked to were AMAZING!!! I normally don't give a 5 star rating, because there is always room for improvement. I rated M&S Tire a 5 star, because they simply went over and beyond to help me and work with me!!! It was like it's was a natural thing to do. (Which I believe it should be). I mean I could have been at home the way they made me feel. The place was really nice and clean. They have plenty of seats for those who have to wait or just want to wait. It also smells really nice. To me anyway, it's like a refreshing smell as you walk in and it's pleasant as you are waiting, not over powerful.Not sure what else to say at this time. I may have more to say after my sister calls and they do what's needed.”
