He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a manager named Danny. As a business owner, I found it extremely unprofessional to see an employee spoken to and corrected in front of customers. Leadership should build people up, not tear them down publicly. If this is how employees are treated in front of customers, it naturally raises concerns about how they are treated behind closed doors. In the corporate world, if I heard a manager speak to one of my employees that way, it would be addressed immediately.
