Our dogs had a wonderful experience at Pet Pawlor. One of ours had never been groomed and we were told he did great, especially for it being his first experience. The groomers were very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely use their services again! We are grateful for their professionalism and compassion!

Baxley Animal Hospital

933 Old Birmingham Hwy, Sylacauga

Doctor Baxley is PAWS down the best that I have used since I moved to the area. He and his staff are incredibly patient, caring, kind and compassionate, and his prices are the best that I have seen in the area as well. They have taken care of Molly since I have moved here she has had two surgeries and has come out better on each one. I cannot recommend this practice enough—they recently saved my dogs life. I am incredibly thankful for the doctor and his staff. They are honest and professional, and will give you an honest assessment of your pets condition, your options and where to go from there. Again, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. and staff!! I look forward to bringing both of my dogs (one hasn’t needed shots since adoption yet) in the future for their regular shots and exams.

I credit the Doctor as well as his staff for my Molly being able to celebrate her ninth birthday this month!! ?

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Pizza & Pint

So I finally got to try Pizza and Pint in Sylacauga Alabama! I was not disappointed! It is a pretty plain establishment with some apps and pizza and beer. But wow, the pizza, the Notorious Pig, was great! The crust was perfect, crispy on the bottom but the crust edges were soft yet crispy! They put a generous, but not overloaded, amount of toppings. The cheese was spot on, not so much that it gummed up. The lunch service was good, only two waitresses, but they did a good job. Now, if they would just get a cauliflower or gluten free crust in house so I could bring my wife in with me, it would get 5 stars! All in all, next time the wife is out of town again, I will def go back!
