“The branch associate's are always nice and do the best they can. I think they have a hard time keeping steady help. The mortgage department suxs and nobody in upper management cares. My credit got hacked and I have sent everyone to my old bank for financing a home. Not to mention the little smart butt in the mortgage department in the Bham. Main office Maybe regions forgot a customer can fire everyone by simply taking there business elsewhere. I called not a regional manger or someone at the main office called. So don't use them for a mortgage there terrible and don't care.”
