“I had an order cancel at another store (it was a last minute order) because their printer for what I wanted was down. I sent an order to this store and called them up. Because I called the wrong store first it was a minute till close. I did not expect anyone to pick up. By some miracle someone did. I explained to the woman that I had an order at another store cancel and wanted to make sure their printers were working. I really needed my prints for my wedding this weekend. I said that I knew that they were closed but was wondering if tomorrow the order would be ready before 1pm. She said she couldn't promise anything but that their printers were working and that they should be ready before then. She mentioned putting in a note and also stated that she may be able to work on it tonight. What an absolutely amazing woman. I have worked in retail and I've had coworkers stop answering calls and doing unnecessary work any time after 10 mins to close. I don't know if the woman did start the prints tonight but just the fact she thought about it is amazing. Love the staff that has helped me with my last minute choices”

“I could not be happier with the service I received from these nice people. They were able to build me a custom box for a big return. They were so nice and extremely helpful, beyond what is expected. Thank you.”

“At PakMail, you can drop off UPS hand FedEx packages. And the only thing they do not accept is FedEx packages without a label. you need a label and not just a QR code. QR codes are not accepted for FedEx packages. If you only have a QR code take it to Walgreens.”

“Tyler and Mason delivered a Home Depot order. Let me tell you, these 2 gentlemen were AMAZING!!! Gave me a call to let me know they were outside my home and wanted to know if I was home and where I wanted my order. I told them I'd be right out. They accessed the area I mentioned. Then unloaded and placed everything in about 5 minutes. This included 212 feet of 16 ft baseboard and about 20 pieces of lumber that was located in the truck parked on the street. They were not only prompt. They were extremely kind, courteous, and compassionate. These guys not only seem to like what they do, they did it with a smile and they were so mannerable. This is the kind of customer service that's so rare these days. I asked their names, so I could give them a good rating. I didn't know I couldn't leave it on the Home Depot site. I looked and couldn't find a place. I called HD to try to get assistance. Since it was 3rd party, they didn't know. I asked for the company they worked for. She told me Estes, so I Google searched the nearest and called. The lady was super nice, but couldn't assist me with , so I told her how amazing they were and left a verbal review. I said I wanted to ensure whomever they worked for, knew how amazing these 2 guys are! She said she'd let the 3rd party co know. As soon as I hung up, I saw a redrawing system on their site. And had to leave this review. Folks working this hard, needs to be recognized! Thanks again Tyler and Mason. Keep up the great work!”
