“The moment I walked thru the doors I was welcomed. Everyone was courteous and polite. I was given great information regarding the best plans for me and the pricing. They also gave away free book bags for the kids. I like that they give back to the community. I am not from the area and they helped me replace my phone. “Great customer service, from this team. I came in switching my phone service from T-Mobile to AT&T which was the best decision I made. I started off with the a guy named “G” he was very helpful, funny and had great customer services. We came across a few problems but no fault to him. That’s when his manager Jaleel step in. This crew was awesome it’s Christmas Eve day, their store was closing early but he made sure my kids and I was taking care of. Another team member by the name of Angel step in, she assisted him as well. They work overtime even when the store was closed and they were supposed to leave early that day. They all were a blessing to my kids and I. I appreciate every last one of them. They went above and beyond. I’m beyond grateful and glad I made the decision to stop in that day. I do apologize, cause I felt bad that Jaleel and Angel were working past time after closing. Hope you’ll great gesture don’t go unnoticed because you guys were fantastic. All of the employees are awesome! The store is fully staffed. The staff is polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They genuinely try to save you money. They greet you, immediately. If you have to wait a few minutes, it is because they make sure each customer gets the time and attention he/she deserves. They apologize for the few minutes you have to wait. I have always had excellent experiences at this store; I visit the store, quarterly. Excellent customer service is extremely rare these days. I appreciate the excellent customer service at AT&T.”

“I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.”
