“I had a cracked windshield on my 2025 Ford Bronco. Glass Doctor replaced it with a genuine Ford windshield and was able to get to me within two days. They had the best price in town. I paid cash and they gave me a discount since I didn't use the insurance company. The installer, Hayden, came to my office and replaced the windshield and calibrated it. It took less than one hour and it looks brand new. Great job!! Plus they gave me a can of really good glass cleaner.”

“Admittedly, I’m a little biased since I’ve known the family most of my life, but they are solid, friendly folks all the way around. I’ve been pleased with the service and products they’ve provided me and my family over the years. I’ve also observed how they treat/interact with customers; they consistently provide personable, fair service and are more about providing the service a person needs rather than just trying to maximize sales.”

“Cannot give enough praise to both drivers-Jason & Troy!! I was stranded at Cracker Barrel. Had an electrical issue with my rv & Jason arrived 1st- realized his truck was a bit too large for my smaller rv- Troy then arrived & got me to a Chrysler dealership. Both were very personable, skilled and very knowledgeable with their services. I'd like to thank them both for getting me on my way.”

“I called to get a quote, they were very informative about my options and answered all my questions. I had my husband bring my vehicle in to repair a rock chip in my windshield. I can BARELY notice it! I have had rock chips fixed before in the past by other businesses. This one was by far the best job I have seen! Overall, very professional and I was extremely impressed!”

“I'll add my voice to all of the positive reviews of West Side Auto Care. I've had them work on two different vehicles, some was maintenance and some was repair. Their prices were fair, their quality of work was top-notch, and they had all of the work done on-time with no surprised. I'm extremely happy to have found a locally owned shop that I can take my vehicles to with confidence. There's an old saying-if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. That's not true with West Side Auto Care. If you want something done right, take it there and it will get done right.”

“First off let me say how wonderful their personality is when you walk in. Everyone there has such a professional and nice presence to them. Got my bumper fixed 18 wheeler hit me and they did amazing work. I then had something fall off one and had to get my wind shield wiper reservoir and front bumper fixed not even 2 weeks later after the first time. These people go above and beyond for you and if you just are upfront they seem to work with you. I want to say anything body now I will be their customer for life now! Also they sale weather tech but I think they have to order it and just because of how great of a job they did and how much they are I wanted to make a post to let others now A+”

“I called Kevin when my back brakes started scrubbing, he got me in right away which was awesome within itself! He also got right on the job and finished it quickly as it was our only way of going. I was so thankful when I drove away not to hear that metal on metal sound. He was very reasonable on the costs too as I have had a place in Dothan charge me 500-600 more than what they should have charged me for my front brakes. He does awesome work and will not steer you wrong I highly recommend!!! Thank you Kevin!”
