“Friendly staff and knowledgeable.I looked all over Mobile trying to find a battery for a cell phone with no luck. I went here and I showed the counter man the battery. He said, "How many do you want?" From now on this will be my first stop when looking for a battery.Update - Took a battery to them for testing. It was one I purchased there. They did 2 tests on it. One test was to check the voltage. The second test was a "load" test. The battery tested good both times. I felt they really knew what they were doing and just didn't want to sell me a battery. Thanks!”

“Walked in and was greeted by the manager himself and helped me with all my questions and I had a few. Set up my new devise and I was on my way. Jordan was very professional and well mannered. He knew his stuff.”
“I visited the store because my newly constructed house was not yet entered in AT&T's national database, which is why the sales agents over the phone considered that fiber was unavailable there. Actually fiber was available, but my address was not entered! A friend in that subdivision had a similar denial experience and someone at this store resolved her problem. She advised me go there and I did. David at the store immediately realized the problem and called the national database to add my address. Problem solved!! It took him only about 30 min to solve what had cost me nearly 3 hrs on the phone without any success.”

“They did happen to receive the wrong part when I initially dropped the phone off, but promptly ordered the correct part and had it overnighted for repair the next day. While my wife did have to go an additional night without a phone, their communication was consistent. The phone runs like new so no complaints. I'd continue to have them repair my devices.”
