“I very seldom do reviews but I feel like this one deserves it. To be clear I am not reviewing the company this review is for Miss Kay the manager at the Shady Grove location where I rented a storage unit. I would give her a 10 ⭐ rating if there was an option to do so, she was very professional and such a delight from the moment I walked in the door and she stood up from her desk to greet me until we finished our business and I left from there. Best customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time, she knew her job very well, she explained everything to me very clearly, and she made sure that I left with NO unanswered questions or concerns.
Another point I want to touch on is the noticeable difference in appearance/curb appeal of the property compared to how it looked under the previous ownership. I never was a customer when it belonged to Fowler but I live nearby so I often drive by the place and before the new management took over the place always looked neglected and I would have never considered renting from there but since I noticed such a positive change and it was obvious that the new manager really cared about the property I decided I would give it a try and after meeting Miss Kay I'm very glad I did.”

“We waited a couple of months to write a review, so we could give an honest assessment. It’s been said that I’m hard to please many times, but I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say. We rented a 40 ft fully covered slip, for our 5th wheel RV around the beginning of 2021. The owners were so friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide on a place. Their prices beat everywhere else we called by far! However, it was their kindness that won me over and it only continued once we arrived. The owner as well as a staff member met us at the gate and helped guide us in as I was new at towing something so large and long. I was there after closing and she (the owner) drove by to check to see if I needed anything before she left. She genuinely cares and has continued to be helpful with anything I’ve asked for or, needed since. I dropped in her office unexpectedly during business hours a month later and to my surprise, she greeted me by using my first name. She really made us feel comfortable about leaving our RV there. I’ve stopped by several times to pick up something, or to bring something we purchased for the RV. Every time I was there, someone was there working making improvements to the place. I picked up our RV today and it looked as good as it did the day we put it in storage. We are so glad we chose Courtesy Mini Storages.”
