“Brittany was amazing! The best Customer Service I have had in a long time. It seems like since covid hit no one cares or take there jobs serious anymore but She executed! It was a great experience from start to finish. I called a few days before the holiday and she answered all my questions so willingly. I was skeptical cause of the reviews and ended up calling the one on county line. The guy was very straight to the point and wasn't helpful at all, literally rushed me off the phone. So I took a chance on this location cause it was 4 min up the road and I'm so glad I did. Brittany went above and beyond and because of her our move was great. Everything else had been a disaster with our house process and closing. So we we're glad that this part went smooth with the holidays. Please do not go by these reviews and go see Brittany for your Uhaul needs. She will get you taken care of. Thanks again for being there and working hard during this time.”
