Katy assisted me for a entire hour because of a computer glitch. I almost went to another company. Luckily Katy was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Katy so much!!! I appreciate you and your time. She had to call 3 times and 3 representatives hung up on her while she was trying to resolve my issue. This needs to be fixed immediately because it's not acceptable.”
