“I had an outstanding experience with Shutara Todd, Retail Store Manager, and Tucker Mason, Mobile Expert, at T-Mobile in Troy, AL. I dropped my phone in a pool out of town and it was completely dead. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing with no working phone and a complicated situation. They handled everything.
Shutara immediately went to work and located my Spectrum Business account number online, then coordinated with Spectrum to secure the release PIN. Tucker set up my new phone in real time while we sorted out the carrier transfer. They kept everything moving despite the late hour and the fact that I had no device to authenticate with.
Shutara also installed my screen protector perfectly. She has 12 years of experience and it shows. Tucker made sure my new phone was fully operational before I left. Together they transferred not just my phone, but also my watch and iPad off Spectrum and onto T-Mobile. Start to finish, the process was smooth, fast, and clearly explained.
