“Nelms is the best pharmacy!! I get a real person on the phone and don’t have to wait. Prescriptions are filled quickly. It’s just a few steps from the car to go in and the drive thru line goes quickly. Best of all their staff is always friendly, helpful, and super caring. They just go above and beyond!!”
“I love to go here! They are always soo sweet! The shop inside has vitamin supplements, oils and some boutiques Item. They had scaled down on inventory lately. The drive through is so convenient and they are quick. The longest I've waited was 20 min. They also text you when your prescription is ready! Love that! They are so much better then Walmart any day and I love to use local business then chains!”
“The store itself is great and everything seems to usually work. Busier sometimes more than othes, but usually because people can't follow directions and come in the wrong way. Then they get blocked or try to go out the wrong way as well. It's not like there are signs and arrows everywhere!”

“This Winn-Dixie is great! Location is great, being right by downtown Trussville, and the selection on food is great! The employees are kind and the layout of the store is good and they always have a good selection of watermelon which is crucial to a fun summer!”

“Filled rx from unexpected surgery even though they were about to close. Super kind and patient. Pharmacist and lady at front went out of their way to help when they didn't have to and patiently waited while I ran to find insurance card I forgot ?.”

“Clean, well-organized store. Aisles labeled well, quickly directed to wanted items, pleasant employees, good selection, and service over and above from Miss Peggy!!!”
“Even though they don’t take Tricare, they are very kind. If they do take your insurance, you should use them. Pharmacies like this are unique. It’s the people. Trying dealing with the box store pharmacies for one month and you will understand. Them not taking my insurance is beyond their control, and they were sympathetic about it. Even told me the closest place that did take my insurance.”
