Service has definitely improved. I think her name is Elizabeth. She has short blonde hair. She is always courteous, professional and kind. Always pleasant to run into the others as well. Very grateful to you all and all that you do

This is a delayed review! I'm new to the metro area. The customer service here was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in every way. The facility was clean. The clerks were courteous, professional and pleasant. This one is worth the drive. My go to for all of my postal needs! Happy Holidays!
