I have to go to where I got my car for most services (for warranty issues) and hate it because I would prefer going to Warren Tires for everything. I have complete trust in them. “After getting told by another mechanic that I needed my AC compressor replaced, I called 5 other mechanics in the area and was given the best estimate (by far) from Crutchfield. It was three weeks later before I got around to getting the work done, and yet they still had all my info on file. They told me exactly when I could bring it in, and how long it would take. Not only did they get it done quickly, but the repair actually came in significantly cheaper than their estimate (which was already by far the best estimate I had gotten). The first mechanic I dealt with gave me the correct diagnosis, but clearly tried to rip me off on cost, thus I can't tell you how happy I am with Crutchfield. They earned my trust. My car is elderly, so I know it'll need more repairs, which I will only trust with Crutchfield from now on.”

“I want to express my appreciation to Tuscaloosa Hyundai and especially the sales person that worked with me, Richard Sharper, for making an unexpected stop in Tuscaloosa a less trying experience due to car trouble.
I was recently traveling from Jackson, MS to Birmingham, AL when my 2016 Hyundai Tuscon began experiencing significant failure. I had to spend the night and went to the dealership first thing in the morning. The service personnel were very nice and my car was evaluated in a timely manner. Unfortunately the car was going to require a new engine and the cost of the repair would have been more than the value of the car.
I met with the used car manager who gave me a fair trade value based on condition of the car. I then worked with Richard to look at options if I were to buy a car and he was patient as I considered all my options as buying a car was not on my radar.
Once I decided to move forward with a car purchase, Richard and the staff of the dealership worked with to get through the issues of not having a check or title with me and we were able to complete the transaction.
As I don't live in Tuscaloosa, I will not be using Tuscaloosa Hyundai for service, but I would recommend them as a good place to buy a car.”
