“My grandson recommended Smith’s to me. They had replaced a motor in his truck couple of years ago. Still going strong. He doesn’t get excited about much except Alabama basketball , but when I told him I needed some work on my AC on Mazda CX5 it was on . Couldn’t get him to stop talking about Smith’s. Stopped by to ask about their scheduling procedures , etc. Here is where I must apologize to the young lady at the front desk because I did not get her name but she was professional and very helpful. Advised me of drop off procedures when they were closed because that’s only time I could get a ride. Dropped off early am. Sevice advisor Mr . Dominic Gee called me mid morning to advise my AC was fixed and what they had found and how much that service was . He also advised that my serpentine belt and belt tensioner needed replaced and how much that would be and advised they could complete that work same day . I agreed . About 2 hours later Mr . Gee called and advised my Mazda was ready . Went to to pickup and same nice , professional young lady checked me out. Mr. Sherman Smith came into the office at this point to show me the cracked belt and the worn out tensioner. They looked terrible. I was driving on borrowed time. Finally, I am not too much on giving over the top reviews ( good or bad ) except when they are deserved. 5 stars doesn’t do Smith’s justice. I will definitely go back when I need anything else done. Enjoyed nice cold AC all the way home !! Thanks to everyone at Smith’s. Nicely done !!”
