“My man JT took care of me. I had picked up a car for a business trip and it was fine until I got it home. I turned on the A/C and the whole car started to smell like marijuana. I called JT and they apologized multiple times and asked if they could swap out rentals with no questions asked. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that handled the swap out when I got there, so hopefully JT can let management know who it was, because he was top notch and made me feel like a VIP. These two fellas need to be compensated for their service.”

What they offered instead was great! Janice was persistent on us getting coverage. I sure am glad we did!! A rock hit the windshield from a big truck and made a crack.
