I always have a great experience when i patronize hertz Tuscaloosa . The staff is really helpful and friendly. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained and the wait times are at a minimum. 5 stars for sure. Keep up the good work !

The manager is very friendly she is the best and the two team members are very helpful and have patience. I was able to talk with them and decided which vehicle met my needs for my last minute trip thank you for excellent service. I will for sure see you next time I’m in need of a ride.
