“The politeness I received was greatly appreciated . Even though yall don't work on CB radio's. That is what i called about. But then i asked if you have a minute what do yall do there ? The woman that answered was extremely nice and polite, answered all my questions and told me about their business. Which was good info to have because I'm a first responder and I have a few radio's that I need the extra channels programmed to the new area. And I have one of the best radio's ever made cp200 I can talk to 911 over the chiefs 1500$ radio that wouldn't transmit out of the holler we was in. But my radio put out loads of power . 911 or air ambulance never had any problems talking to me . So now I can get the channels added that I need . I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE NEEDING EMERGENCY RADIOS AND / OR EQUIPMENT”

“The clerk knew exactly the battery type and fit. It turns out that someone installed one upside down and, thinking it was the last test before I was going to consider it broken under warranty. We had been changing them out the same we found them. Well, the problem was the last person had installed it upside down and we were repeating the same without knowing that fact. The lady was gracious and professional and solved the problem, saving about 7 hours of driving to take them back to the store. As stupid as it sounds, we never thought about flipping the battery over
