The convinced of getting out quick is awesome! Not too long ago, they posted a sign saying they would match a nearby competitor's price. Found out from customer service yesterday that is no longer their policy. With Walmart Market Place opening directly in front, they may want to reconsider.”

He then helped me to my car, and low and behold, there were all my bags. He offered to move my items from plastic bags, YUCK, to my bags. He was super friendly, efficient and helpful. I watched them get almost 10 truck in and out of there in an hour working with 3 docks. I was one of the 10 truckers in and out of there in an hour. “I picked up an order at Publix today, and as always, the process was easy, the products were great, the employees were kind, and the pickup was seamless.
Publix truly does a great job. Everything is clean, organized, and they are always accommodating. The service? 10/10.
But here’s the thing… there are clearly designated pickup spots for a reason.
I get it — we’re all busy. But it’s really not that hard to park in a spot that isn’t reserved for something else. Those spaces are there so the system works efficiently for everyone.
Publix is doing their part.
