“I don't normally write reviews but had to do one today. I went in to get a number removed off a plan that is no longer used and move mine over to it. Sadie was very polite and easy to talk to she got it switched over and went to review the new price and it was way to high. “DJ, kelton and each of the other staff that were in the store on this particular day were absolutely amazing to me. I'm not very tech savvy and I'm an older person and they took their time to explain everything to me they did not try to just upsell or anything like that they did everything necessary to help me resolve every issue I had. Honestly I will not go to another Metro location other than this one because I really enjoyed the personal relationship that they took the time to established with me. I felt like I was part of the family and I had made some very good friends by the time I left there I could not be more appreciative to all of you each and every one of you were wonderful.”

“Tuscaloosa wireless is the best place to get your phone fixed. I broke my iPhone 10 and they were able to fix the screen on my phone within an hour. They were also so generous that they took the extra step to put a screen saver on my phone because they I told them how I drop my phone a lot. They gave me a discount on a really good case and they called me a few days later and checked on me to see how my phone was and that it was still working. They also fix the charging ports and sell batteries so if you have any issue I highly recommend coming here to get it fix!!”
“If you had a bad experience previously give them another shot. I was of the impression there is fresh management now present. We wished to acquire internet and our repsentative was well informed and knowledgeable. We where in and out in less than 30 minutes with everything we needed and most definitely will return to this location if there is any need.”

“Our daughter is away at college and her phone died, and she needed a new one Right away. We are out of state and not able to help her. We called Customer service and had her added to our account so she could go into the store to get a new phone. This was very stressful for us and our daughter. An amazing employee Chandler helped our daughter and talked on the phone to us to help us find the best phone for her.. He was so polite to us and helped our daughter get everything solved and her new phone up and running within about an hour. We were very impressed by his kind Customer service he showed us.
