“After more than 15 years with AT&T, I can honestly say Cherry at the Tuscaloosa store (off McFarland) is the ONLY rep who has consistently taken care of all issues for me. For years, I was used to getting passed from one person to the next, being told to call customer service, and even then rarely having anything resolved. It was exhausting and super aggravating.
Cherry is different. AT&T is very lucky to have her. Actually, I think any company would benefit from having her as a representative.
In addition to her knowledge, she uses common sense and genuinely wants to fix the issue. No passing the buck. No sending the customer somewhere else. If she says she will handle it, she does. On the spot. And she follows through even after the immediate problem is solved. Moving forward, I will walk away from the store if she’s not there. In fact, I’d probably switch to another provider if she wasn’t there.
It is rare to find someone who combines knowledge, patience, and real ownership the way she does. She sets the standard for what customer service should be. In fact, she should be in charge of training ALL new reps. And of course, she probably deserves a raise, regardless of what she’s already making. She has my HIGHEST recommendation.”

“Tuscaloosa wireless is the best place to get your phone fixed. I broke my iPhone 10 and they were able to fix the screen on my phone within an hour. They were also so generous that they took the extra step to put a screen saver on my phone because they I told them how I drop my phone a lot. They gave me a discount on a really good case and they called me a few days later and checked on me to see how my phone was and that it was still working. They also fix the charging ports and sell batteries so if you have any issue I highly recommend coming here to get it fix!!”
