“I came here to stay tonight. Ended up needing a sofa bed (3 beds) but due to their system it messed it all up. That being said they were super nice and accommodating. We got 2 rooms for the price of the one. They took great care of us and we are grateful for them accommodating us for the 3 beds we needed without having to pay more.”

Upgraded our room to a beautiful view of the resort and Tennessee River, fruit plate with the sweetest card! They keep showering us with so many sweet surprises and love! “I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did visit and enjoy the bar and lounge! It's very large and stylish, just on the floor above Turbo Coffee. It's a nice, much needed place to hang out and socialize in the Florence area!
Drinks are a little expensive and despite the bar being open, they wouldn't heat the outside area so we could sit on the balcony. I think keeping that space open would really improve the atmosphere!”
“Absolute 5 star customer service. When I arrived late for a two night stay, there was no parking available. The front desk attendant, Melanie, was determined to help. She moved her own car (only after I had pulled around in the parking lot, just in case) and gave me her space.
Great customer service, at a solid property. This is my go-to place when I’m in Muscle Shoals!”
“Short hair gentleman at the front desk slightly stocky was absolutely fantastic the entire stay. Whether it was toilet paper for the room or some paper plates for our family eating pizza. Fantastic experience.”
“We are on a 3 week trip in the southern USA, staying in mostly Hampton Inns by choice. This one is the first to earn a review from me. I was pleased with how most all features of the room were functioning well and in good repair. I especially liked the decor colors and artwork. All amenities were fully supplied.
The next door Applebee's was great for getting dinner without driving anywhere.”
“We stayed in a handicap accessible room which was spacious enough. Our stay was decent. Decently clean. Decent breakfast. Decent location. Nice pool. Clean parking lot, etc. I'd definitely stay again if I were to come back.”

“We were in town for the AAVFD Competition and Conference. The rooms were so clean, the beds were comfy and all the staff were so nice. My water bugs loved the pool! We had a mixup with our rates and once I talked to ShaKarie (spelling may not be correct), she reached out to Shea, the manager, and it was fixed almost immediately. 10/10 customer service!”
