“CVS in Union Springs is a 5-star store from the pharmacy to the front/general store. They will stop whatever they're doing and walk you to what you're looking for in their store. This is the kinda help everyone needs. Greets you with a smile and address you by your name. This is the kind of help and store you want in your neighborhood....Might I add this, one day I called looking for a specific item. Tiffany Hooks told me they didn't have it after she checked. So later she found the item that I wanted and called me to let me know the store had one. I asked her to hold it for me I was on my way to get it. If that's not A1 customer service than what is. Please don't come in the store with an attitude because these people have feelings too. I know she went above the call of duty for me and I thank her for it. Courtney stops whatever he's doing to assist customers. I've seen people try to attack his character as Tony N. Is doing with Tiffany and he laugh them off. Tony N. is something serious because he put the 12 year old girl out his shop after she went and got her mom because he was taking her in the back. Who does that? And you put them out. You didn't finish her nails either. People come from Montgomery to our store to get their prescription filled because they say it takes too long at their store to fill when they get it same day at ours. We have a top notch store and pharmacy with Lisa and Stephen in pharmacy and Jamese,Tiffany and Courtney in the front store. As I said earlier these people have feelings too. Take notes”
