“Derrick, the owner, is very nice and accommodating. Facilities are clean and very safe. Atmosphere is amazingly comfortable. No one being loud and obnoxious, no one in skin-tight, skimpy clothes. Everyone is there to work out in peace. It's around $50 a month, but worth it. They also have private bathrooms with showers.”

“Im the kind of guy who almost had back surgery instead of physical therapy, becuase "hey Im a man-I know how to stretch!" My issue was I was doing an hour of cardio 7 days a week at age 49 and was'nt loosing weight. Krissi convinced me that I wasnt taking in enough calories?????? especially after my workout, I needed to refuel then. I needed protein or a meal. Its working and I dont feel like a nap after working out. Thanks Krissi!”

“First off I give five stars to Hotworx as a business. I am a very indecisive person but upon taking a tour at my home Hotworx facility I signed on the dotted line that day and haven't looked back or regretted my decision. It's probably the only decision I've made in life on the spot : /Hotworx Vestavia is probably the biggest Hotworx in the greater Birmingham area. It is very clean which is important when working out and dripping sweat! The staff is friendly and encouraging. I started visiting Vestavia just in time for a March Madness Challenge. At the time of day I am there I see the staff vacuuming the pods as well as wiping the controls for the sauna. It's actually my favorite place to be right now!Sometimes after a good workout I will just sit and meditate in a sauna if I see no one has booked after me because there is an app for that!!The supplements like clean energy actually work. If I didn't get a chance to grab oatmeal, I drink a clean energy and feel it working within ten minutes.I am so happy they have the row machine it's one of my favorite pieces of equipment. I love that it is a 24-hour facility, you can book online up to two days in advance and you can see if anybody is scheduled in the sauna pod with you. So if you want to be alone you can always remove yourself from the pod or place yourself in one that shows empty. The sauna workouts really detoxifies you, meaning you expel waste/toxins more often than you would in many capacities.? If you can't tell I'm a fan favorite of Hotworx Vestavia. BTW it takes me 30 minutes to get there so I must love it. My home location was only 7 minutes until I moved to another area and upgraded to be able to sweat everywhere. Once you join, you'll understand”

“F45 Liberty Park has the best coaches and workouts! All of the coaches are very motivating and helpful throughout the workout. I’ve never been able to stay consistent with working out until I started coming here! The workouts are fun and hard, and I can already see results from them! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good/fun workout!”
