“Excellent experience with Relax The Back. When I visited the shop looking for a mattress, I was helped by the owner Bob Duncan. He was very informative, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand what additional questions I should be asking when purchasing a mattress. I was never pressured, and was able to take all the time I needed to decide on my purchase. My new mattress was delivered right on time, and I was kept informed at each step in the delivery process. I will definitely return to Relax The Back for future purchases, and will recommend the store to my friends.”

My only complaint is not on local store but on Company itself. I had to make 2 trips due to Mattress Firm system outage. I realize that couldn’t be controlled but the Company needs option to finish online in such case.
