“Quality at first then a year later I had a faulty mattress. Resolved my issue with a warranty replacement!7/12/22- I absolutely love Bedzzz Express! I was in a need for a new mattress and they delivered. Fast and Awesome Quality Customer Service from Mr. Dan at the Homewood, AL store to Joe the delivery guy. Purchased my new Sealy mattress at 5pm on a Friday and Saturday at 1:30 PM I was in my new bed. Fast and easy process. My only issue is the amount of strings of thread that are still on the mattress when they removed the plastic covering. I’m happy with my purchase! This bed is awesome and did I mention they have a non prorated 10 year warranty!UPDATE!!! 1/14/24 on my mattress…. The queen mattress.., Sealy York Street is sinking in the middle. You can feel the springs after sleeping on it for 5 to 6 hours. I’ve contacted the company several times and paid a $50 inspection fee 3 weeks ago for them to come out and inspect my bed.1/22/24- Took a while to get my bed inspected however Mr. Dan and Mr. David resolved my issue. I was able to get a warranty replacement! I do feel like the process should be a little faster but you can’t beat the customer service they offered me to get quality sleep. Thanks!”
