“I have had multiple units on, and off for years. Everyone is courteous, the gate has always worked, and the area is always kept clean, and safe. I will continue to use this Attic Storage location, and can highly recommend it for your storage needs.”

“I rented a large trailer for a round-trip. Excellent and prompt service at pick up and drop off. I needed to add on a day and this was a simple phone call to the vestavia office. I did not have to go back into the office at drop off. The additional day was just added to my credit card seamlessly. I appreciated the efficiency and the professionalism at pick up and drop off.”

“Update!I did receive a call from John this afternoon. They switched me to a different unit and I was able to access it.Can't say that things have started off well. Rented a unit online on Monday, May 8. Received email receipt with unit number and lock code the same day. Went by this morning (May 11) at 10:30 and could get the lock to open. Called and left a voice message and sent a text per voice message instructions. I have sent numerous texts and left another voice message and, 2 hours later, I have still not received any kind of reply. Very frustrating because I am trying to get my house ready to sell and need a storage unit.”
