“Traveling up I-65 from Gulf Shores back to Nashville the dreaded RED battery light came on the minivan. We pulled off at the next exit and found O'Reilly just a half mile down the road. Timothy came out and checked our battery and our alternator. Yep, the alternator is bad. He then went into the store and he and his associate John called three places close by asking if they could take care of us today. Yes, Lance at Files can. Not only did they find me a shop that could take care of us same-day, Timothy then escorted us to Files Tire Shop to make sure we got there safely. This is over and above customer care!
