“TL;DR - go to this car wash.So today was a bad day. Too much happened and I was sad. I had one plan, get the tree sap off and throw away the trash in my car. I did not have the energy or the money to do a thoroughly cleaned project.I usually was my car at home with dawn soap and a soft sponge but knew if I did that I’d end up on the porch with a drink of choice, never touching the thing.As a full time manager and full time student I don’t always have the energy to do these things even though a messy car gives me anxietySo that leads to me going to this car wash, because a friend recommended it. I did the $10 wash and then went to the hand wash station. While I was there not noticing that the machine was on rim wash and spraying it all over my car, an older gentleman who works there came over and started to help me. he helped hand wash my entire car, took care of my Mats and helped me vacuum it. Like this man went above and beyond! Then apologized that he didn’t vacuum well enough. Like sir I was not planning to vaccum at all!I had no cash to give this man a tip, I really wish I did. I had nothing of value and he still helped me no questions asked. He liked the smell of my car spray so I told him he could have it.The point is car washes are everywhere. They are on almost ever corner. The thing that set this one apart was the kind older man. It was the person. Machines might be able to wash the car. But the man made me feel like the day was not so bad. That there is good in the world. He might not understand that the act of kindness changed my day. And I might not be able to repay him this exact moment. But I hope one day I can.Services: Auto detailing”
