“Our contractor put in an order for some lumber etc. for us to have a pool deck built. To begin with the process was a little less than desirable. My husband had started calling that morning to see if we could pay over the phone etc. Then he went there on his lunch and they couldn't find the order. So finally I was able to go there to attempt to pay for the order. I had already called with a less than pleasing attitude and trying to determine what the issue was. There was a very pleasant lady that attempted to help me. When I went in I was still not real happy with the situation. Along the way I was expressing my frustrations. When I got to the back there was another nice lady and a nice man, who was the one that really started my attitude repair lol. They found my order, I paid, the man told me he could get it to me the next day. I am now breathing a sigh of relief. They gave me a flag to mark where I wanted the delivery to be placed. I walked out smiling . When I got in the car my mom who was waiting asked me what the flag was for I told here they gave it to me because they didn't have a balloon to give me ha ha ha ha. Fast forward to this morning I received a call when they were on their way just like they said they would. The delivery guy got there ( Brandon Crawford ) and he is amazing. I told him I would really like the delivery in the back yard and HE MADE IT HAPPEN. I am sorry for my frustration because I now know yall were having a day of it yourself and I appreciate everything that was done to now make me a happy customer!!”

Kim helped us find the one we wanted, got on the floor to unlock the case, took it up to a register, and helped us check out!! Unfortunately the drill would not work so we took it back the next day. Jakari processed our return. Kim once again helped us find another one and took it to returns. Kim and Jakari were GREAT. Thank you ladies!!”
