I'm surprised at some of the negative experiences people have had with Arctic Import. I've been using them for over 15 years and they are consistently good. I find them to be upfront and honest and they do reliable work.

Everyone was so nice and they took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand and gave me quotes before anything was done. I definitely recommend! I’m not sure if I’ve ever had such a positive experience with a mechanic before. The girls up front are the best!
