Julie was very patient, and helped with my iCloud when other where unsuccessful. Julie is very nice and personal. She makes visiting the store peaceful.

Swapping over to AT&T was really easy. As long as your devices are unlocked and you have a transfer pin from your current phone provider. Julie was awesome and made the process enjoyable.
