I had a hiccup with my reservations. I called later in the night and Michael was able to help me and confirm all of my details on the spot and was very patient and professional about it. No doubt in my mind that the rest of the staff is like Michael too. Thank you so much!

I think the Historic vibe is not.my thing. Breakfast not very good. Parking is tough. Suites on 3rd floor are nice

The staff is the reason for the rating. They are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but I'm not sure you ever need it in Anchorage.
