Hotel was dirty. Mentioned about breakfast but no one set up it till 9 am in a morning and frot desk was clueless about breakfast.Parking lot was full of slippery ice and front desk person said that he is working at front desk so he can't do any thing about that. It was really dangerous to walk in Parking lot.

Great place to stay everyone had great customer service skills rooms were clean and fresh.Genesis took care of all needs a timely mannerPS I will most definitely return in the future

I loved our experience here ,coming from Las Vegas it was definitely a great experience .the staff was very helpful and considerate .The manager Genesis was Awesome, she knew what she was doing very helpful and considerate We would come back any day .Keep up the great work! The breakfast was Amazing!
