“Was there for a conference- the meeting space was great, breakfast/lunch in meeting space was excellent. Also dined at Fletchers, the Pantry and the coffee shop multiple times which were all excellent. I loved the shops on the main floor. The rooms were clean, stocked with water and anything you'd need. Would absolutely stay there again if I am ever blessed with another visit to Anchorage.”

“I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was super sweet and helpful and I loved the breakfast buffet. The rooms were very clean and house keeping kept up with the room often. I liked how the location was next to a Walmart, it was super convenient. Also, it wasn't in a overly busy area but it still felt safe. Definitely would stay again 😊”

“Very close to downtown, walkable 15minutes. Very clean and neat rooms, large spaces, patios, balconies, lots of parking. Room has ceiling fans. Wooden floor in all rooms, no carpet is a big A+ for me. (Almost 24 hr of daylight)”

“This was an awesome place to stay. Close to the airport and after a late arriving flight it was nice to go straight to our room and sleep. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. In the morning, the breakfast area was perfect to grab a quiet, quick, meal and coffee. We will definitely stay here again. I’m only disappointed we didn’t know about them on our previous trips.”

“We always stay at the Aspen in Anchorage. They are great about accommodating our requests for a top floor room. They have some of the best lighting in the bathroom! The room we had on this trip was especially roomy and quiet. The check in personnel were friendly. We will certainly stay there again for any future trips to Anchorage.”

“This lovely boutique hotel is located next to the Hilton Tower. During my stay in Anchorage, I had the opportunity to experience both properties, and the smaller hotel was clearly the better choice. The hotel is spotless and has a wonderful sense of history and authenticity. The furnishings are tastefully selected, and the chrome and copper metal handles shine beautifully. The colors of the chest of drawers, curtains, desk, table lamps, and mirrors all contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The carpet is immaculate, and the bed is very comfortable. Modern safety features, including sprinkler systems, have been added. To accommodate today's electrical needs, numerous extension cords have been installed to support the various appliances and devices used by guests. The hot breakfast is hearty and generously served, with items replenished promptly. The most beautiful part of the property is the breakfast area, which has the charm and character to become an exceptional gemutlich-style bar or restaurant. The service is attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the overall experience especially pleasant.”

“In early August we had the pleasure of staying at Diamond Center Hotel. While this trip was planned for 18 months Mother Nature stepped in and changed all of those plans. Originally, we were to stay for the first 2 night of the trip and then 1 night in the middle of the trip. The beginning of the trip had a rough start and on the morning of checking out when we arrived at the airport to fly to our bear viewing excursion the fog, clouds and rain had us grounded. This delay replayed repeatedly and reminded me of the Groundhog Day movie. Each morning, I would attempt to check out only to be back within an hour and staying for another night. While everyone on the staff was great, I have to give a special shout out to Manika and Afi. They helped me keep some sense of humor to the situation. While everything else around me was falling apart they made sure that I had a room each night which took a great deal of pressure off of our back. I cannot say thank you enough to them. In total we spent 5 nights in the beginning of the trip and 1 night middle of the trip which I’m not sure we can count as middle as I was only gone for 1 night and then back before we proceeded to our next destination. All the rooms we were in are nice, and clean. We had 4 rooms total throughout our stay and not once did I feel the room was unkept. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff. Job well done.”

“All thoughts are honest and opinions are my own.* My family and I had the pleasure of staying here at Embassy Suites Anchorage and we are incredibly blessed we had this opportunity. We have never stayed at an Embassy Suites before; due to the AMAZING experience we had throughout our stay, they have set the bar for other hotels to live up to!! The lobby was a standout for us; the “library” offers a billiards area, books, and tons of games. Great for families (adult supervision required) and also great if you want to have a fun date night with your significant other or a group of friends. The library is incredibly classy, immaculate and I didn’t want to leave! The lobby is breathtaking and immaculate; you can tell the team is consistently cleaning and sanitizing this hotel. One of our favorite aspects of this Embassy is they have evening happy hour from 1730-1930 every night! Each guest gets two drinks and they have nice snacks to go along. It definitely pulls guests in and can be super busy- but not in a too loud kind of way. Happy hour brought many families together and we found ourselves talking and bonding during that time- no phones! :) I especially appreciate the customer service we received from the short blonde bartender - she was so nice and fun! Another standout is their breakfast- made to order omelettes! I got one every am of our stay- all the breakfast was hot and fresh also. The chefs making omelettes were super kind and friendly! The pool is an indoor, great size, clean and our son had a great time swimming- we also appreciate how hot the hot tub was. The pool area is incredibly quiet and clean and feels so warm and cozy during cold Alaskan nights. The fitness center had many machines and felt very comfortable to work out in; multiple treadmills and great workout equipment if you’re into fitness. We also used the laundry room and it was also clean, easy to use and fair priced. I appreciated that the amenities felt safe and didn’t feel like my laundry would be taken. Our hotel room was also immaculate and a beautiful layout; I believe we had a queen or king suite. Our bed was so cozy and nice. Everyone in our family was comfortable throughout the stay and our hotel room temperature was perfect. Not too hot or too cold. The front desk staff were all super sweet and kind; I also appreciated how fair priced the little store was for snacks/candy. Their parking lot is huge and tons of space to park; we also appreciated how safe we felt in this hotel. When we are in Anchorage again, we hope we get to stay at Embassy Suites Anchorage. 10/10 recommend!! Thank y’all so much! :)”

Hotel service on the check-in and check out were excellent Crimson Restaurant could use a little bit more streamlining in there service. However, once you had their attention, their service was great. Must try their fish and chips and their custom breakfast with sausage and bacon.”

“They hotel shuttle service showed up at ANC soon after we called for them. The driver was courteous and helped us with our luggage. When we got to the hotel, he unloaded our luggage and offered to get help to get to our room. The front desk staff took it information, got us checked in and pointed us in the direction of our room. The back of our room opened onto the Courtyard filled with beautiful greenery and flowers. We asked the clerk about walking paths in the area. She told us about the lake across the street, so we walked over and watched planes land and take off on the water. We had dinner at The Lakefront, then returned to our nice clean room. We had to check out at 5 a.m. the next morning for our first Alaska excursion, so they packed an awesome sack breakfast for us to take with us. We enjoyed our first contact in Alaska at Courtyard by Marriott.”

I definitely jumped in the hot tub a few times during this trip. No regrets. Love the hot continental breakfast included with your stay. Waffles ? and oatmeal were my go to yummys.”

“I’m writing this review on behalf of Cynthia. We originally booked a room here, but there was a conflict with the reservation. This caused no problem for us because Dennis at the Voyager so kindly and efficiently worked out a backup plan before we knew of the conflict. He offered several upgraded options for a room at the Voyager’s sister hotel in a similar location, provided us complimentary boxed breakfast in our room before we arrived since we were leaving very early the next morning making sure to accommodate dietary preferences (and also provided breakfast vouchers for the hotel breakfast in case we were around when it was open), offered us a ride if we needed one, he left us a gracious note with his regards, and was overall delightful to work with. I would gladly recommend this location or the other, and would absolutely consider staying at either location again”

“The location was convenient for my time in Anchorage. All staff members were friendly, but the bartender, Yong, was an exceptional delight to get to know during my stay at the Sheraton last week. More businesses need employees like Yong. Not only were the food recommendations and my Old Fashioneds on point, but she also gave great suggestions of things to do around town. If I'm in the area again in the future, I'll be staying at the Sheraton - or at the very least, swinging by the bar to say hello.”

“We booked after a last minute flight change left us stranded late at night. Our hosts were very gracious and accomodating. We had a clean comfortable room. More than enough breakfast, continental style. We were offered a ride back to the airport the next day, which was beyond our expectations, and greatly appreciated. I was so stressed out when I noticed I left my phone! Our hosts had it covered. By the time I was able to contact them to request they mail the phone, they were already on the way to bring it to the airport for me. These are truly great hosts, sharing a beautiful home, and making us feel like family. We definitely recommend Reflection Lake B&B, and would stay again.”

The beds are comfy and rooms clean. My only complaint is that the water pressure is bad. With long, thick hair, it's hard to wash with the little pressure. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place.”
