Hyatt House Anchorage is a very clean, new, and modern hotel. The staff are friendly, wonderful, lovely, and accommodating, truly making the location excellent. Rooms are comfortable, tidy, and spacious, often with nice views and available with a kitchen. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices, featuring fresh berries and sandwich wraps to go. An airport shuttle is quick. Some guests note it can be hard to find and that rooms facing the street may hear loud cars. Overall, it is a great stay and many would gladly stay again.
We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. There was some noise from highway but it was minor, the hotel room was pretty clean and new, breakfast was great too.

Jess provided the best customer service! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable…even when we were checking in at midnight! The room was clean, bed was comfie, and breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend.

Like many of the Anchorage airport hotels, it is near a busy road and can be a little loud when motorcycles go by. The rest of the hotel is spotless with excellent service and comfortable rooms and a really good exercise equipment.
