“The provider and staff at Huffman were great. No wait time as it's by appointment only. As for Tudor lab, I took a sample in 2 days. ago, but the clinic had given me the wrong cup. I dropped a sample by yesterday. Just so you know- it takes up to 24 hours to log the info into the My Chart system. The phone system redirected me to a customer service phone # and that number hangs up on me 2x. The AI, Grace has a phone # and they call back pretty quick.”

“Savannah did a great job. It wasn’t clear what needed to be done from the doctor’s office so she clarified both with my doctor and with Labcorp.. This required her to shorten her lunch break, which I did not ask for, but she insisted. She wanted to “make it right” since it was my second visit. Anyway, she went far beyond what was necessary for excellent customer service. Her blood draw today was great.”
