“This facility consistently delivers exceptional quality. My healthcare provider, Peak Neurology, is strategically co-located with Peak Equipment, a setup that offers significant advantages. Initially, I was referred to an alternative provider. While their telephone interactions were professional, their response time proved insufficient, particularly given the urgent need for a CPAP machine for a patient experiencing 192 apneas within an eight-hour sleep cycle. Upon transferring my prescription to Peak Equipment, the process was managed with remarkable efficiency and expediency. Anna provided a comprehensive and professional demonstration and explanation of all pertinent aspects to my wife and me. She also dedicated time to review various mask types and conducted a fully interactive demonstration to identify the optimal solution for my specific requirements. The CPAP machine I selected was the ResMed Airsense 11, accompanied by the F40 mask. This combination is awesome! The availability of diverse CPAP machines on display is a highly commendable feature, a service not typically offered by competitors. After returning home and setting everything up, I still had questions regarding the air pressure. Kathleen was quick to provide a solution, demonstrating her knowledge of the equipment they provide and sell. This establishment is truly exemplary. “The game ready unit was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The gentleman who got me set up was very informative and was sure to let me know I could call with issues anytime. The unit itself worked great for the first ten days or so then gave an error code. When I called and described what was going on the technician said he would head out in ten minutes to swap out machines. Amazing customer service!
