While their telephone interactions were professional, their response time proved insufficient, particularly given the urgent need for a CPAP machine for a patient experiencing 192 apneas within an eight-hour sleep cycle. Upon transferring my prescription to Peak Equipment, the process was managed with remarkable efficiency and expediency. Anna provided a comprehensive and professional demonstration and explanation of all pertinent aspects to my wife and me. She also dedicated time to review various mask types and conducted a fully interactive demonstration to identify the optimal solution for my specific requirements. The CPAP machine I selected was the ResMed Airsense 11, accompanied by the F40 mask. This combination is awesome!
